Background
Growing up with Crohn’s disease, I faced countless setbacks—multiple surgeries, hospital stays, and the constant battle of managing my health. Each challenge pushed me to my limits, but I chose to take control instead of letting my condition define me. I've transformed my health and mindset through fitness, proper nutrition, and a complete lifestyle shift. Now, I’m symptom-free and stronger than ever, and my mental clarity is at an all- time high. Health
Prioritizing my health is non-negotiable—both for managing Crohn’s disease and maintaining my mental well- being. I focus on mindful activities like yoga, meditation, and breathwork to reduce stress and keep my body in balance. Regular exercise strengthens me physically and keeps my mind sharp and resilient. Proper nutrition fuels my body with what it truly needs, helping me stay symptom- free and full of energy. By taking a proactive approach to my health, I can manage my disease and found a sense of mental clarity I never thought possible.
Fitness
Movement is a cornerstone of my lifestyle, not just for physical strength but for overall well-being. I stay active through consistent gym workouts, focusing on strength training and endurance to keep my body resilient. Daily walks help me reset and stay grounded, while activities like soccer and surfing bring a sense of freedom and excitement to my routine. Staying active isn’t just about exercise—it’s about pushing my limits, staying disciplined, and enjoying the process. Fitness has played a huge role in keeping my disease in control and my mind sharp.

Nutrition
What I put into my body directly impacts how I feel, so I prioritize an all-natural, whole-food approach. Everything I eat is organic, free of unnecessary additives, and chosen with purpose. I focus on high-quality proteins to fuel recovery, strength, and nutrient-dense foods that support gut health and overall well-being. Every meal nourishes my body, keeps inflammation down, and sustains my active lifestyle. By making nutrition a priority, I’ve not only optimized my performance but also maintained a symptom-free life and the best mental clarity I’ve ever had.
